Now working alongside Kevin as co-founder of TurnKey Investments LLC, Kaleb brings energy, sharp instincts, and a modern approach to acquisitions that complements his father’s deep experience. He is the point of contact for many of TurnKey’s seller relationships — and the qualities sellers notice first: he listens carefully, communicates clearly, and never makes anyone feel rushed or pressured.

For most of Kevin’s career, he's been self-employed — owning mortgage banking operations, appraisal firms, working with investment groups — where he discovered how to make processes efficient and add the human element.
